"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your academy. I was treated by Dr. Nandal for a cap and RCT, but even after 2 months, I am in severe pain and experiencing high sensitivity. The RCT process was a nightmare, lasting 3 days and leaving me unable to sleep. Today, despite being told to come in due to an emergency, I was left waiting for over 2 hours in extreme pain. It is disappointing that the focus is only on providing painkillers rather than addressing the root cause of the problem. This is unacceptable service. I underwent a re-treatment (WPS) for my failed RCT, and the experience has been agonizing. The pain is severe, spreading from my ear right up to my brain. I am unable to consume any food or liquids due to this intense pain, and consequently, I am feeling extremely weak."

"This dental academy is absolutely abysmal! My left side tooth underwent an RCT, which took three agonizing visits to complete. Despite this, I continued to experience excruciating pain. Upon follow-up visits, it was finally confirmed that the RCT had failed.
My pain has only been intensifying, yet the doctors here seem only interested in calling me for more visits instead of resolving the issue. It's shocking that it took them this long to diagnose that I have a severe infection. To make matters worse, my complex case was handed over to a trainee!
I genuinely don't understand why they are playing with people's teeth here. This is by far the worst place for dental treatment, and I strongly advise everyone to never, ever come here in their life. Your teeth deserve better!"

"I have never seen such an incompetent doctor in my life. You haven't been able to fix either of my teeth yet. I am tired of hearing 'come back if there's a problem'—why can't you just fix it correctly the first time? This is ridiculous. Even after seeing Dr. Nadal today, my left tooth still hurts while chewing. I don't know what he even did. To make matters worse, you even made a hole in the cap on my right tooth today! You just keep telling me to take more and more medicine; I have never taken this many pills in my entire life. This is absolutely pathetic work."

"This is an utterly disappointing academy. Even the owner, Dr. Kunal, seems to exhibit the same lack of professionalism. I had sent him a detailed email regarding the severe issues I've faced with my dental treatment, but to date, I have received absolutely no response. Does the management, and specifically Dr. Kunal, bear no responsibility towards their patients' well-being and concerns?"
